I would like to meet other people interested in backpacking. I really enjoy backpacking. Live to Hike ... Hike to Live.
I have done a lot of Appalachian Trail hiking. In the past 15 years I have hiked over 6,400 miles on the Appalachian Trail. I guess that makes me experienced!
I have several of them. Putting on a pack and hitting the Appalachian Trail for a 500+ mile hike is one of my favorite backpacking experiences.
You'll need to catch me around a campfire in the backcountry to get this answer!

One summer I hiked 840 miles on the Appalachian Trail.

Andy, I have a friendd who wants to join but is having difficulty signing up. She has an IMAC. Any special instructions for that? Is the photo a mandatory field? Nay suggestions?
My name is Giovannina Penze and I am a freelance writer. I am currently working on a story about the 5 common mistakes that hikers make on their first challenging hike. I am looking for both good and bad hiking experience stories! I would love to hear back from you. Please pass this on to any fellow hikers you know as well.
I am hoping to do most of my interviews this weekend. So please contact me if you are interested.
My cell phone is [masked]
Thank you!
Andy,
I couldn't figure out how to upload photos on to the website, but I did put some on the FaceBook page! What a great evening hike!

Andy, would you recommend a book to purchase regarding hiking the Buckeye Trail. I've decided I want to hike the entire trail and since you have I thought you could recommend a good book to start with. I understand you have a journal as well. I am attending your Meetup on Feb. 3 for thru hiking the BT. Looking forward to meeting you.
Andy, Would you be able to post Wednesday's Thru Hiking The Buckeye Trail presentation on DaytonHikers.or
g website? Looking forward to hearing about your adventures. Have a great weekend, Nan
Great photo Andy! You have my vote. Good Luck!! Let us know when you win. :)
Welcome Andy, if you have not checked out our Community of Practice (CoP) https://www.knowledgenow.net/community...![]()
I encourage you to join it as well at It's a virtual community that contains an abundence of web development resources and tools to share the knowledge of the group, as well as networking tools. The slides from past presentations are also available in the CoP.
Hope to see you at the Nov 2th Meeting.
