Hello....I love backpacking. I can't seem to get enough of the back country. I hope to thru hike the AT in the next few years.

Please relate, in general terms, your backpacking experience.

Have been backpacking for about three years. I love it.

What was your favorite backpacking experience?

Wind River Range in Wyoming was very nice, but my favorite was Glacier NP in Montana.

What was your funniest backpacking moment?

What was your most embarrassing backpacking moment?

Don't have one.

What's the longest backpacking trip you've ever taken? (in mileage and/or days)

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the warm welcome. The reactions I get when I tell people I'm going to Philmont are pretty mixed ~ either they've never heard of it or they gush about how much fun they had when they went as a scout. Our crew is looking for some "shake-down" hikes this spring; if you have any suggestions, I'll pass them along to the crew leader.
